Isa - 歐洲走逛

誰跟Isa一樣期待這星期連假（但其實什麼旅行計畫都沒有）的快舉手！

每回跟老闆登記假日時，就要順帶解說傳統節日習俗，有沒有人也需要跟外國朋友/同事解釋，卻不知道怎麼講？登登登這次就讓走逛英文小教室來解惑～！

清明節以習俗直翻成Tomb Sweeping Festival，是我們拜訪祖先墓地visit our ancestors' graveyards、掃墓和祭拜cleaning the surrounding and worship the ancestors的時候。家族會聚在一起The family will get together (有時我會說讓祖先看孫兒女輩Let the great*需要的數目 parents take a look at the children)，要吃的食物則是潤餅Steamed spring rolls或也可以用比喻叫Taiwanese burritos。

潤餅中包的菜五花八門，但基本上有叉燒Pork、蛋皮Egg、及各式蔬菜Vegetablea，傳統一點的家庭還會坐在一起包潤餅Make the Taiwanese burritos together by wrapping the stuffing in the thin doughy pancake，祭拜完再一起吃。

一直都很喜歡跟外國同事或朋友解釋我們特殊的節日和文化，其實使用的英文也不難，只是臨場有時就會卡卡，希望這些簡單的句子可以幫大家踏出第一步，一起推廣清明節（咦）～～
